View and Manage Subscriptions in Library

Starting in MicroStrategy 2021 Update 4, users can create and manage subscriptions in Library, making it easier than ever to keep track of scheduled content. To subscribe to a dashboard in Library, see Share a Dashboard.

Manage Subscriptions in Library

In the Library sidebar, click Subscriptions.

From the Subscription Manager, users can take the following actions on their subscriptions:

  • View
  • Run
  • Edit (For more details, see Subscription Editor in Library).
  • Unsubscribe
  • Open personal view: Starting in Strategy One (June 2026), this option is available for all dashboards' personal view created in Strategy Web. Click this option to open the personal view with saved manipulations. Click Save as Bookmark in the top navigation to save the current view as a bookmark.
