Import Settings

Starting in Strategy One (June 2026), you can remove additional when importing dashboards.

Starting in Strategy One (March 2026), you can set the add-in to maintain object arrangement while importing and refreshing data.

1. Click More Itemsin the Google Slides add-in side panel and click Settings.

2. Expand the Import section.

3. Toggle on Remember placement to maintain object placement while importing and refreshing data.

4. Toggle on Hide Extra Grid White Spaces to remove additional white spaces in grid visualizations upon import.
