Configure the AI Settings for an Application

Customize AI functionality for Auto and Agents for your applications. For general information on Strategy AI, see Strategy Auto 2.0.

  1. Open the Workstation window.

  2. In the Navigation pane, click Applications.

  3. Create or edit an application.

  4. In the left pane, click AI Settings.

  5. To allow or deny users to rate agent responses, select or clear the Allow User Feedback on Responses check box. For details on how users provide feedback, see Provide Feedback on Agent Answers.

  6. To enable or disable adaptive learning in Auto Answers, select or clear the Enable Adaptive Learning check box. Adaptive learning employs user feedback to refine and personalize the Auto Answer responses over time.

    • Click the link to the Auto Learning Insights dashboard to review the learnings captures from user interactions.

  7. Starting in Strategy (October 2026), you can allow or deny agents and Explorer to generate memory from chats and use the saved memories when responding to queries, select or clear the Enable Long Term Memory check box. See Managing Memory in Agents for details at using it at the agent level.

  8. You can customize the Disclaimer that displays on the bottom of every Strategy AI interface. The default disclaimer is: AI can make mistakes. Consider checking important information for accuracy. Edit, replace, or remove the disclaimer altogether.

    • To return to the default disclaimer after you change it, click the Reset icon and select Yes.
