Strategy One
Preview Feature: Map Mosaic Model to Mosaic Schema
Strategy One (June 2026) introduces a preview feature that allows you to map Mosaic models to Mosaic schema to reuse common dimensions and metrics defined in the schema and to inherit the security filters defined at the project level. When you use the Mosaic model in a dashboard or other applications, the same row-level applied in the Mosaic schema is enforced in the Mosaic model data. Mapping these objects allows you to build dashboards and applications with mixed object usage for richer, more comprehensive insights. In cases where model building capabilities can be democratized and handed to non-architect level users (for example, the financial department), having this approach allows you to re-use schema without directly changing its definition and therefore preserves its accuracy and integrity.
