Duplicate a Dashboard

Starting in Strategy One (March 2025), Cloud Reporter and AI Consumer users can save or duplicate reports, documents, and dashboards to their personal folders (My Reports) without a Client Web or Power User license. Duplicating allows you to personalize your object as you can directly store your reports, documents, and dashboards in your own folder.

If a copy of the object already exists in your My Reports folder, you can overwrite it. Any customizations such as sorting, filtering, or answering prompts, are saved in your personal copy.

To duplicate objects in Library, you must have the Web Save to My Reports or Web Save to Shared Reports privilege. Duplicate does not check for the Create Application Objects privilege on the server side. No additional compliance checks are enforced for this feature.

1. Open the dashboard in Library.

2. Perform any manipulations you want to save in your personal copy.

3. In the toolbar, click the Duplicate icon .

4. You can update the name and description.

5. Click Save.
