Prerequisites
Mainstream support for legacy tools such as Developer, Command Manager, and Object Manager is set to end December 2026. Strategy suggests that you upgrade to Workstation to maintain continuity and utilize modern capabilities. This section assumes the following:
- You are familiar with MicroStrategy Developer and Strategy Intelligence Server.
- You are familiar with Strategy Report Services documents.
- You have a Report Services product license if you are using Report Services documents.
- You have installed MicroStrategy Developer on a Windows machine.
- You have installed Strategy Intelligence Server on a Linux machine.
