Strategy One

Edit Delivery Settings

The ability to view or edit certain settings is determined by a user's privileges. All necessary privileges are included in the Administrator role by default.

  1. Open the Workstation window.

  2. Right-click a project and choose Properties.

  3. In the left pane, click Delivery Settings.

Deliver Error Messages

Deliver results for No data returned failure Enable/disable this setting to choose whether to Deliver/Do not deliver the subscription if the report or document execution returns no data. This option is disabled by default.

Delivery message for No data returned failure Type a message that delivers to subscriptions if the execution returns no data.

Deliver results for Partial results failure Enable/disable this setting to choose whether to Deliver / Do not deliver the subscription if the report or document execution returns only some of the data. Partial results are delivered when the size of the report or document exceeds the memory governing setting for Maximum memory consumption for PDF files and Excel files. This option is disabled by default.

Delivery message for Partial results failure Type a message that delivers to subscriptions if the execution returns only some of the data.

Delivery Encoding

File Encoding for Distribution Service Delivery Starting in Strategy One (November 2025), choose a file encoding option for outputs generated by the Distribution Service subscriptions at the project level.

Delivery Expiration

Require Expiration Date Starting in Strategy One (January 2026), toggle on this option to require users to set an expiration date for subscriptions.

  • Maximum Subscription Duration Type a value for the maximum subscription length in days.

Schedules for Subscriptions

Starting in Strategy One (May 2026), choose whether to allow users to subscribe to all or select schedules.

Allow users to subscribe to all schedules Select this option to allow users in the project to use all available schedules when creating a subscription.

Only allow users to subscribe to schedules in the list below Select this option to allow users in the project to only use select schedules when creating a subscription. Choose the schedules you want users to use in the Available table and move them to the Selected table.
