Add Unstructured Data

Add unstructured data files as data sources for agents. Unstructured data includes PDF, Microsoft Word, HTML, markdown, and text files.

  1. Open the Workstation page.

  2. In the Navigation pane, click Data.
  3. Select the Unstructured Data tab.
  4. Click Add Unstructured Data at the top of the pane.
  5. If you are connected to multiple projects, select the Project to add the dataset to.
  6. Drag and drop the file or click Browse Files to locate and select the file.
  7. You can add multiple files at the same time.
  8. Click Add.
