Grant Permissions and Manage Access for Application Objects

Manage access for objects within Applications, such as dashboards, reports, documents, agents, and folders displayed in Strategy Library. You can also grant permissions to specific users when sharing these objects. For more information on sharing these objects, see Grant Permissions and Manage Access for Application Objects in Library.

Enable Manage Access

1. Open the Workstation page.

2. In the Navigation pane, click Applications.
3. Edit the (Default) Strategy Application or click New Application.
4. In the left pane, click Components.
5. Expand Share and enable Manage Access.

   

6. Click Save.

For new installations, the Manage Access option is enabled by default. For existing installations, the Manage Access option is disabled by default.

Enable Manage Access for an Agent

1. Ensure you have Manage Access enabled in Workstation.

2. Under Agent Window, expand Share .
3. Enable Manage Access.

   

4. Click Save.
