Duplicate Users

Duplicate user accounts to mimic access privileges. Duplicating a user profile eases the user creation work flow for multiple users that require the same access privileges. Duplicate user accounts have the same user groups, security roles, and privileges as the original user account.

Security filters are not automatically assigned to duplicate users.

  1. Open the Workstation page.

  2. In the Navigation pane, click Users & Groups.

  3. Click Users, if the list of users is not displayed.
  4. Right-click the user to duplicate and choose Duplicate.
  1. Enter the new user's Full Name, Email Address and type, and Username (Login).
  1. Click Save.
